Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the finance team.
Communication and CorrespondenceAnswer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Data ManagementCompile and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, statistics, and information.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the finance team, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Bookkeeping and InvoicingPerform basic bookkeeping tasks, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and preparing invoices and work orders.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
