Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager

At the FFUN Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Experience with sales technology and tools to drive sales performance
  • Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
