Masonry Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Craftsman to join our team at JBM Granite and Quartz Inc.

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units. They will also estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects and ensure timely completion.

• Prepare and lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing
• Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects
• Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
• Instruct apprentices
• Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces
• Supervise other workers
• Restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
• Excellent physical stamina, ability to work at heights, and handle heavy loads

• A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
