Job Title: Personal Financial Services Associate

Uptown Capital Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Personal Financial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in achieving their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing financial plans to achieve their goals, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment.
  • Open and manage personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services, telephone banking, and online banking.
  • Prepare statements for delinquent accounts and work with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Network and develop business relationships to promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service and support.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
