**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Dufferin County. As a Physiotherapist with CBI Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing personalized and holistic care that addresses their unique needs and goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and treatment skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment. They will be passionate about delivering person-centered care and will have a strong focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and implement physiotherapy interventions in a home-based setting
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy living and independence
