Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1919464 Ontario Limited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
