About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Kingleke International Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Direct the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Market business services to new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
