Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, and organize meetings and events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and provide solutions to improve office efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office.
