Job Summary

Mancor Industries- Royal Windsor Drive is seeking a skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee the operation of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for production
  • Prepare production reports and ensure timely delivery
  • Recruit and hire workers, and oversee staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to maintain high-quality production
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the operation of company machinery and equipment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
