Job Summary

PACSTON TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
