Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn By Hilton. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions: Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail.
