About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Aida Kirameddine. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication administration, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, promoting their mobility and social interaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
