Job Description

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded executive to lead the company through its next stage of growth. As President and Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategy and execution, leveraging its positioning, momentum, and growing markets to accelerate revenues and profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine the company's strategic and operating plans, priorities, and options in collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior management team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.
  • Architect the organization to ensure it has the necessary human resources, processes, and operational capabilities to scale and outperform.
  • Provide direction, performance management, and developmental support to the team to accelerate business growth, new market development, sector leadership, and profitability.
  • Maintain and improve senior-level relationships with existing and potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure operational milestones are met on time, with high quality, and within established cost objectives.
Requirements
  • A highly intelligent and strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a software or technology-based company, with a track record of working with mid-sized enterprise software companies ($10-50mm) driving accelerated revenue growth.
  • Proven entrepreneurial experience with financial, market, and business acumen in scaling businesses.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build consensus in a growing concern.
  • Change management and business transformation experience within mid-sized companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto.
