We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Royal LePage Platinum Realty. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail and other materials, planning and organizing daily operations, and training other workers. Additionally, they will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi languages. They will work 35 hours per week and have a permanent employment contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Train other workers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments

Requirements
