Culinary Operations Manager

We are a dynamic company seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the size of food portions and costs, planning menus that balance quality with profitability
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining efficient inventory levels
- Prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high culinary standards
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Order supplies and equipment, optimizing kitchen operations
- Maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment, supporting data-driven decision-making
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with relevant experience in the culinary industry
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
