We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Kids Haven Childcare. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organization's goals and objectives;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a timely manner;
  • Carry out various administrative activities such as preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficient operations;
Personal Suitability:
  • You possess efficient interpersonal skills, which enable you to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • You are reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision;
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
