The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

In addition to your administrative skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the health benefits program, including the healthcare plan. You will work 37.5 hours per week and will be required to communicate in English.
