Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Oakville Mitsubishi. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that they meet their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
  • Hire and train new sales staff
  • Authorize payments and returns
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Accurate and reliable
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
