Senior Actuarial Data Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our actuarial models and reporting systems. Your expertise in data analysis and actuarial science will enable us to make informed business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and reporting systems using advanced data analysis techniques and actuarial software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on actuarial matters to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in actuarial science and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support the use of actuarial models and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Professional certification as an associate or fellow of a recognized actuarial organization (e.g., CAS, SOA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in actuarial data analysis, modeling, or reporting, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and actuarial software (e.g., SAS, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
