Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at ENDEAR NAILS SPA MASSAGE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including client information, appointments, and payment history.
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system, ensuring seamless communication between clients and staff.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating client records and processing transactions.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and sending reminders.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
