About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Coast Building Supplies Ltd. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail market.
    • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement merchandise plans to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
