Job Title: Licensed Spa Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox in Toronto. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guest service and ensure a memorable experience for our spa guests
  • Interview, hire, and coach staff members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our spa services
  • Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
  • Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, and services to guests
  • Actively promote our spa services and amenities to guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment

Requirements:

  • Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and money handling skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
