Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fred Trottier Construction Limited.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as office procedures and routines.
- Data Entry: Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Education: College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs and SharePoint.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
