Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at AnyDay Plumbing & Renos. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including opening and distributing mail, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including employee data, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Technology: Proficiently use Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and other technology tools to facilitate administrative tasks.


Requirements:


  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.


Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
