Food Service Supervisor

Mucho Burrito MB0014 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of work schedules, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
