Job Title: Interim Vice President of Information Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT leader to fill this critical role. As Interim Vice President of Information Technology, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our client's IT function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, implementing robust security protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the IT function.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, and security.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT professionals.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex IT issues and develop effective solutions.
