About the Role
At Fraser Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our quality improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects that drive operational excellence and enhance patient safety
- Lead program development and planning, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Provide consultation and advice to Program Leadership on quality performance critical incidents and related organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Develop and evaluate education plans for quality improvements and provide coaching to clinical program/service teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
- Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a nursing and/or allied health care discipline in an acute healthcare environment
- Five years' recent related experience leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
