About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Clothing Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling: Build and develop a loyal clientele by providing personalized sales and service experiences in-store.
  • Fashion Knowledge: Demonstrate a passion for fashion, menswear, and luxury, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program and other services.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Participate in merchandising activities and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization.
  • Client Follow-up: Utilize resources to conduct new business driving measures and follow up with clients on all aspects of their current needs.
  • Pre-Appointment Preparation: Strategize merchandise to present and create opportunities for add-on sales.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Departmental Experience: Experience in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred.
  • Customer Service: A passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store.
  • Training and Development: The desire to participate in training initiatives and the ability to incorporate skills acquired into daily activities.
  • Technology: Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
