Job Title: Associate Insurance Advisor I

Co-operators General Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Insurance Advisor I to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and service support for Co-operators personal lines products, including auto and home insurance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prospect and cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
  • Conduct front-line risk assessments and select policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Identify and address client risks, and may be required to complete inspections.
  • Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality, and productivity.
  • Support programs to build multi-client relationships and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • General Insurance License is required or must be obtained within two months.
  • Meet all provincial-licensing requirements and maintain licenses through continuing education.
  • One year of sales and service experience or related business experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and experience with selling techniques is an asset.
