Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prominently respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers.
- Lead new customers through the initial setup and implementation of our financial solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a startup environment.
- Must be willing to work 100% in-office (this is not hybrid or remote).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and effective messages.
- A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle frustration and maintain a positive outlook when engaging with new customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize efficiency.
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Motivated by exceeding targets with a proven track record of consistently overachieving quotas.
- Ability to analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
