Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Brightview Landscapes Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor construction team, you will be responsible for planning and executing landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification
  • 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often in varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads, bend, and crouch as needed.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
