We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Papa Shunde Chinese Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, operating dishwashers, and ensuring all dishes and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Place dishes in storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Scour pots and pans.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Environment:

The Dishwasher will work in a commercial kitchen environment with exposure to heat, water, and cleaning chemicals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Benefits:
