Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team at General Recycling Industries. As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and assembly of orders for outbound delivery or shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
- Operate a cart, pallet jack, and/or forklift to pick products to the specifications of customer orders.
- Verify product numbers and complete various tasks as assigned.
- Prepare orders for delivery or shipping, following company policies.
- Follow safety and sanitation programs in the warehouse.
- Complete all required logs and reports.
- Previous work experience is an asset but not required.
- Training will be provided.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices.
- Willingness to work with raw meat products.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
