We are seeking an experienced Junior Manager to join our Toronto office and play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performing culture that drives results. This exciting opportunity will be instrumental in proSapient's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Develop and implement strategies for people development, training, and growth, ensuring clear expectations, targets, and goals for team members.
  • Sourcing & Project Management: Allocate projects to team members, ensure workloads are balanced, and clients' needs and expectations are met.
  • Account Management: Assume ownership of client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and build valued relationships to drive growth and increased coverage.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working at an Expert Network company with a strong industry understanding.
  • At least one year of experience managing a team directly in a sales, outbound, or KPI-led environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels, with the ability to converse and build rapport with clients and experts alike.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and team skills, with a commitment to integrity.
  • The drive and tenacity to thrive in a rapidly growing and unstructured business with constant and high-volume workflow.
