Health Careers in Sask is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at the St. Joseph's Health Centre in Ile-a-la-Crosse.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to provide personalized care and support to our clients/patients/residents. This is a full-time regular position with a salary range of $23,170 to $24,840 per year (Pay Band 12), based on a 3-step range.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimal functioning.
- Support clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Requirements
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA).
- Basic computer skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
