Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Spa Receptionist to join our team at Ritual Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Clients
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the relevant service areas.
Providing Information and AssistanceYou will be responsible for providing basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that all clients have a smooth and stress-free experience.
Receiving and Processing PaymentsYou will be responsible for receiving and processing payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
Performing Administrative TasksYou will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
Answering Telephone Calls and MessagesYou will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages to the relevant team members.
Providing Excellent Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work SettingYou will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a spa setting.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeYou will be required to have basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail.
Transportation/Travel InformationPublic transportation is available, and you will be required to have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a spa setting. You will be required to be organized and efficient, with the ability to work in a repetitive task environment.
Personal SuitabilityYou will be required to have efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also be required to be organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
ExperienceExperience is an asset, and you will be required to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
