Pourhouse, a restaurant in the heart of Gastown, is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join its team. The ideal candidate should be available to work daytime hours and possess strong leadership skills.

About the Role


We are looking for a Shift Leader who possesses a passion for hospitality, cocktails, liquor, and wine. The ideal candidate should have experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a calm demeanor when dealing with guests and staff.



Responsibilities



  • Supervise servers and ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Manage inventory and perform administrative tasks
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:




  • Work Permit
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
