Job Description

As a PT Shift Leader at CareerBeacon, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
    • Support your team in achieving performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide Mentorship and Coaching
    • Provide mentorship, coaching and feedback to the team to help them grow and develop.
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Manage the operations of the store in the absence of management, including key holding tasks, opening, closing responsibilities, etc.
  • Ensure Store Upkeep and Cleanliness
    • Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing are accounted for through staff supervision.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • 6+ months of retail experience
  • Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
