Position Overview

The Membership Concierge at Life Time plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and valued experience for everyone who visits our clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Stay up-to-date on club programming, events, pricing, and policies to effectively educate members and guests.
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset, building relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
  • Assist members with transactions and general account changes, ensuring seamless and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a service or reception role.
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
  • Commitment to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Effective communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
