Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop business cases for new deployments or expansions of IMITS systems, ensuring funding is secured for the deployment before the opening of new Acute Care Tower projects.
  • Oversee the development of detailed inventory of software and systems (both software and hardware).
  • Lead an Application Discovery process, aligning technology and application requirements with clinical business needs.
  • Validate infrastructure requirements for large-scale technology deployments with the LGH ACT Infrastructure Project Director.
  • Provide administrative project support, including budget tracking, monthly project status reporting, attending project meetings, and providing steering committee status reports as needed.
  • Identify when RFPs are required to support the procurement of technology and systems not covered under existing contracts.
  • Develop high-level implementation plans for IMITS systems and infrastructure in new Acute Care Tower, including interdependent projects like CST, Tele Tracking, and Vocera.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in large construction projects as the IT Project Lead.
  • Healthcare IT experience, particularly in hospitals or healthcare facilities.
  • Proven experience in implementing innovative technologies, including Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS), Voice Activated Telephony (VOCERA), Patient Tracking Systems, Mobile Applications, and other similar technologies.
  • Senior-level project management skills, including budget management, resource tracking, IT project planning and implementation, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
