Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cleaning with Love.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, both internal and external, as needed.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, including data entry, formatting, and presentation.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Recruit and hire staff, as needed, following established guidelines and protocols.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials, as required.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work on the road, as required, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
