We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or service area.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain accurate records and logs, schedule appointments, and perform various clerical duties.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients and staff.
- Technology: Utilize electronic mail, spreadsheets, and other software applications to support administrative tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
