Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in North Toronto. This role is responsible for ensuring that our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Collaborate with franchisees and operational teams to address non-compliance issues.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to franchisees, staff, and operational teams.
  • Manage and follow up on food safety issues using our internal platforms.
  • Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to streamline daily operations.
  • Support the Food Safety program across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with the Ministries of Public Health.
Requirements
  • A degree or certification in food science.
  • Experience working directly with a restaurant banner or franchise restaurant group.
  • At least one year of experience in restaurant inspection or auditing and restaurant franchise industry experience.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and travel within the Greater Toronto Area and the Maritimes.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
