About the Role

At Teranet Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Angular UI development. As a key member of our IT team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting web-based software products.

You'll be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight and guidance on UI Development, acting as a resource for other members of the IT and Teranet Manitoba teams as needed. Your advanced technical abilities, adept problem-solving skills, and creative approach will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Reliable Code: Craft reusable, maintainable code that meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Client Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to resolve bugs and performance issues within applications, analyzing requirements, user interface sketches, estimating, and devising effective solutions.
  • Database Support and Data Analysis: Offer database support, data fix analysis, and remediation services to ensure seamless data integration and management.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation, update knowledge bases, and share expertise with team members to foster collaboration and growth.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or University Degree: A degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Angular/UI Development Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an Angular/UI Developer is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Angular, Java, J2EE systems, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, Java RMI, HTML, XML, Hibernate, Spring Framework 4, relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL), and DOORS/DOORS NG, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Spring MVC.
