Leading Environmental Chemistry Professor Position at University of Toronto

We are seeking a highly accomplished Professor in Environmental Chemistry to join our esteemed faculty at the University of Toronto.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in the Chemistry program, contributing to graduate courses in environmental chemistry, and establishing an outstanding research program with a focus on environmental health.
About the Department:
The Department of Physical and Environmental Science is committed to collaborative and interdisciplinary approaches to research. Our department has particular strengths in areas such as environmental chemistry, biomaterials, biosensing, clean energy materials, and nano-bio interactions.
Requirements:
- PhD degree in Chemistry or a closely related field by the time of appointment
- Demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching
- Expertise in environmental chemistry and bioanalytical chemistry or biological chemistry
- Ability to build strong connections with the Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will also have access to state-of-the-art research facilities and resources.
