V9 Consulting Services Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Network Security Administrator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to administer and maintain our network security systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal network performance.
- Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network from cyber threats.
- Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining accurate control records.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, optimizing server performance and ensuring network security.
- Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts to ensure seamless user experience.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure minimal downtime.
