Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Oakville Mitsubishi. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members, ensuring that all sales goals are met.
  • Hire and train new sales staff, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • 5-10 people in the team.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
