GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Gas Bar Sales Associate to join our Central Ontario FS team.



As a Retail Gas Bar Sales Associate at Central Ontario FS, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell fuel and other automotive products, including propane tanks, lottery tickets, and sundries.
  • Process credit or debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the gas bar.


Requirements:




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
