Digital Transformation Leader for Post-Acute Care Markets

MEDLINE GROUP, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Leader for Post-Acute Care Markets to lead our marketing efforts in Canada.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple post-acute care channels. You will work closely with Sales and Clinical stakeholders to grow and maintain this strategic market in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market approaches that enable Sales and stakeholder teams with programs and tools to inspire market differentiation and confidence.
- Implement strategies to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention across multiple post-acute care channels.
- Work in close alignment with Sales and other key business stakeholders to manage, implement, and activate brand campaigns, communications, and activities that lead to positive sales impacts while building the credibility and differentiated value of the MEDLINE GROUP brand in Canada.
- Maintain and elevate brand standards and brand positioning through targeted marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-person channels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a Marketing management role.
- Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Healthcare Experience is an asset.
- Digital marketing experience is expected.
- Experience with Healthcare Brand Marketing is critical.
- Experience in aligning strategic initiatives to business objectives and analyzing and reporting ROI.
- Experience in managing, creating, leading integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project.
What We Offer
- $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
