Your Role

We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent position with one of our clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure technical competence and compliance with OHS standards among teams.
  • Collaborate with production to achieve objectives and adhere to quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, equipment maintenance programs, and certifications.

About the Job

This is a proactive, self-starting opportunity that thrives in dynamic environments. Our ideal candidate is rigorous, enjoys working as part of a team, and has at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing field, preferably in agri-food.
  • DEP, DEC, or BAC in mechanics, automation, electricity, or relevant fields.
  • Good level of French and English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $70k - $80k based on profile and experience.

This live-in position offers a full insurance package, company RRSP, vacation, and other benefits.
